Case Studies

Guest experience begins before the booking

We bring your property's atmosphere, rooms and service into one digital experience that carries guests from first impression to booking intent.

Adapt it for your property

Typical Problems

  • 01

The property's real atmosphere gets lost between disconnected room photos and stock imagery. Guests cannot feel it before they arrive.

  • 02

Rooms, dining, spa and local experiences live as separate content, leaving no answer to the guest's question: what would a day here feel like?

  • 03

Without short motion and vertical content, the brand stays static in social feeds and website inspiration never connects to booking intent.

Example site layout

What we would build for hotels & hospitality

In hospitality the decision is not made on one screen: a guest imagines first and looks for dates and price second. This example layout shows how those two needs are ordered on the same page.

Concept

This layout is a concept drawn by Alphy Studio to explain how we approach hotels & hospitality sites. It is not client work, and no menu, price or review inside it is real.

  1. 01

    Header

Rooms, experiences, location, booking. It stays pinned, so wherever the guest is on the page, booking is one tap away.

  2. 02

    Opening: the property itself

Not stock imagery — the property's own light. The opening frame says at a glance what is on offer: the sea, the quiet, or the city.

  3. 03

    Dates and availability bar

Directly under the opening. A guest who has finished imagining does not have to scroll back up to search.

  4. 04

    Room types

Each room type on its own card, shot from the same angle in the same light. Comparison only works when the photographs agree with each other.

  5. 05

    A day here

Breakfast, pool, spa, evening. The section that sells a day rather than a room — and the same material feeds the short vertical videos.

  6. 06

    Guest reviews

Reviews that already exist on the booking channels, with the source left visible. None are produced for the site.

  7. 07

    Footer

Directions, contact and social. Transfer and location details are what guests come back to most after booking.

FAQ

Are the hotel visuals on this page from a real client project?

No. The visual language on this page is a concept demonstration of our hospitality approach and is not presented as a client reference.

What do you plan for hospitality content production?

We first map the guest decision journey and priority selling points. Then we bring rooms, shared spaces, dining, experiences and short motion content into one production plan.

Can we start with our existing photography?

Yes. We assess your existing content and channels, retain what works, then define any new production and edit needs around it.
