Who processes your data

Alphy Studio is the data controller for information submitted through this site, under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

Contact form: name, email address and message.

Quote form: name, email address, company, phone number, the services you select, quantities, budget and timeline preferences, and your project description.

Nothing else is collected through the forms, and the site sets no advertising or profiling cookies.

Why, and on what basis

We use this information only to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and run the engagement if one begins.

The legal bases are performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). Anything beyond that requires your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for at most 2 years after your request is closed; where an engagement begins, statutory retention periods apply. Records are deleted at the end of that period.

Who else sees it

Submissions are stored in our database hosted by Supabase and passed to our email provider so we receive a notification. They are not shared with anyone else, and no transfer abroad happens beyond those providers' servers.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether we hold your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and seek compensation if you believe the processing was unlawful.
